Hi all! My daughter used my paypal account while I was in hospital undergoing brain surgery for a stroke 2 weeks ago. She has spent around £2900 in a week! First lost I put in a claim and refunded but I couldn't fit all the transactions on the claim so I did a second one(I mentioned them all in my first claim) This include 2 from another casino she had used. This was rejected! So I resubmitted my claim stating that its a continuation. In the meantime she has gambled again but with a new casino and this time it's £700. She also made a withdrawal to my account for £3000 but has blew the lot! She had my bank and email details so when I changed the PW n security question she found it hence the same thing! Ok so My 2nd claim was again rejected but I thought Id just get some of the winnings bk from her but now she blew that and another £700! Paypal have rejected this the £700 claim as well. I've asked them to relook at it as their answers are 2nd - no evidence to support ur claim' even tho its a continuation and they've already refunded some of the transactions placed on the same date 4 the same casino? 3rd and 4th was that the transactions are consistent with my history? of the course they would be for the last few days? what can I do I've emailed the CEOs And am considering an FOS complaint. My daughter is an addict and is getting treatment so please no distasteful remarks. If someone has any advice as to what to do Id be really grateful as it's put me in desperate situation financially n health wise thanks lew
