I am the owner of a small gaming server and use paypal as the bank for the virtual ingame items sold. After a player purchased some of these items, over $100 worth, and played for game for a few days using them, they left and filed a chargeback a couple of months later. Because these virtual items can't be sold damaged or faulty, we operate a no refund policy and we make that clear before purchase. I have emailed paypal about this twice and keep receiving automated replies that don't help me so I'm not sure what to do as I'm quite worried about my credit rating being affected soon because of the negative balance. Any suggestions to help me get my funds back will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
