About a month ago I sold 3 tables to a new buyer on eBay with no feedback. They were all shipped via UPS in 3 different packages with tracking numbers. They all show that they were delivered and signed for by the same person at the same time. But now the buyer claims they only received one table and opened a case in PayPal. I thought this was pretty straight forward but PayPal just decided that the buyer should send them back to me for a full refund. If they even send them back, they will probably only send one back. What I want to know is why did PayPal decide the case in the buyers favor when they had no proof and I did and what I can do to get PayPal to change the desicion. Is there any hope? EDIT: I just realized this is the Canadian board... I'll go post it on the US one. But if anyone has any helpful info sill post please!
