I'm sick of being jacked around. After dealing with PayPal for I don't know how many weeks, something MUST be done. First off, your customer service agents are decietful. They are telling me to go do things in my account that do not exist, lie to me when I am told that a supervisor will contact me between 24-72 hours, claim to clear things in my account when no action appears. WHAT IS GOING ON?! I have e-mailed executiveoffice at paypal dot com and I was told that PAD was turned off in my account and gave me instructions on how to turn it on. I logged in and it WAS NOT TURNED OFF in my account. What gives with the seemingly random information being thrown in my general direction? As a SELLER AND A BUYER, PayPal's customer service agents have told me things that simply do not make sense. As a SELLER I would not DARE offer something to my clients that they cannot use. Why does PayPal believe that this is a good business practice?! I am told I am 'certainly qualified' to use PAD, however I cannot use it at checkout. It is selected as preferred method of payment in my account. I am told that PAD shows up RANDOMLY - I don't get a choice to use it when I need it. I have made several purchases in the last week and not ONCE has this option been offered. The Enroll page says 'Verified Customers get to use it right away!' I am told that PayPal cannot choose which purchases to accept or deny but a PayPal customer service agent claimed to have made adjustments to my account to process payments. I am told that since PAD is RANDOM, if I try to check-out to see if it RANDOMLY shows up, my account will be blocked. I am told that PAD is available for 'certain scheduled payments', however PayPal is unable to give me any example of what those 'certain payments' might be and that 'it is just random for this payment method to appear'. I am told that a seller has to accept PAD as a payment option - I am a seller, there is no option in my setting/options. I have also contacted SEVERAL sellers and I have been told that PAD is something I do to my PayPal account, the seller has no option to accept or deny it because it is an agreement between PayPal and the PayPal user. PayPal obviously does not value it's customers. It doesn't care to provide CLEAR answers and ultimately PayPal's customers issues are being pushed off to the side. Not acceptable. WHEN WILL PAYPAL FIX PAY AFTER DELIVERY?
