Same issue here. Used pp to buy something and it limited my account. I've done the phone verification twice, and twice it told me it was successful, but it won't unlimited my account. Tried to email with details but all I get is an automated email totally ignoring all the details, what a waste of time that was even trying to contact them! I know what I need to do to unlock my account, but it's not unlocking it. I'm not an idiot pp, you're just not listening! So frustrating, I've verified twice, but it's like there's no one on the other end. They've got all my information and it's not like I've got options. Not impressed one bit.
