To be honest, I feel like paypal takes the buyers side instead of first talking to the seller and before withdrawing their money so they can at least show proof. I've won all my disputes, a lot of people trying to scam me, and I've been scammed, I hate it when that happens, worst thing in the world, but the thing that bugs me is when someone disputes a payment, it automatically just takes it out of the sellers balance, I mean I agree some sellers are big time scammers, but a lot of them arent, then I have to wait 12-14 days for the paypal transaction to get resolved, and I pretty much always win because all the transactions I do is virtual, and believe me, I have a lot of proof to back up everything I say, it just **bleep** losing money for 2 weeks, because I buy stuff and I will have to wait another 2 weeks to afford it. All I'm asking is responses on how you feel if PayPal should contact the seller saying {Buyer} has filed a dispute against a payment or something like that, and if you don't respond in a period of time it will turn into a dispute and should be subtracted from the balance and handled as a normal dispute. Any replies is great, negative, positive, or just neutral. Theres nothing worse than waking up in 6 AM in the morning and seeing someone disputed a large payment heh. 😛
