I am glad this was helpful. Safecart, along with the "merchants" they process payments for, originally stated they could not locate my transaction. However, once I explained that if they could find my PayPal information to charge me, but could not find it to credit me, I would have the chargeback process assist them I received two things: a refund in full, (a Christmas miracle! They located my info after all!), and a nasty letter from something called spark trust, or trust spark, whatever, telling me that I had purchased something from them with an annual renewal, and they had informed me of same by email. I had never heard of this company, never purchased anything from them, and had received no such email. This is a common "blame the victim" response from these reprehensible kinds of scam artists. Don't fall for their nonsense, and again, please report them to the BBB and Ripoff Report. It's not the ideal solution, but it does help others. Also bear in mind that these "merchants" are fined $25.00 and up for each chargeback your bank processes against them. The best revenge is...revenge! 🙂
