Well, I just called PayPal customer service. After saying "Customer Service" to their automated response system half a dozen times I was able to talk to someone who spoke english with an accent so thick we could barely communicate. After explaining multiple times about my Bill Me Later (BML) issue she said she would transfer me to a BML account specialist. I did not know but that meant actually transfer me away from PayPal to BML. Of course, the BML rep said the accoutns should link automatically and that there is no way to manually link them. He offered to take my checking account numbers and draft directly from my account. NO CHANCE I'm giving them my checking account information. I offered a credit card but they don't take credit card payment. Who, especially an on-line payment company, does not take credit cards?????????????????? BML is a complete joke! I still have not received an answer to my emails from PayPal either. Horrible customer service all around. I'm going to send BML a check and then close my account as fast as I can. The time and frustration I spent on this was no where near the discount I received for signing up.
