A few months ago I canceled my "membership" in PayPal because I found the PayPal website to be designed incompetently. I am especially sensitive to lousy web sites in that I work in the web site industry and I know how web sites are supposed to work. PayPal's web site does not work properly. It is counterintuitive. There is no documentation per the current industry trend. Why does PayPal (or rather its executives) want me back? Perhaps revenue loss has something to do with it. They pay no attention to customer complaints. As such I will not honor them with restoration of my trade. I don't need them. They certainly do not need me.
