Does anyone know how you actually reach a human being to talk about a problem? In late August someone made an unauthorized $600 purchase on eBay using my debit card, and it was processed through PayPal. I filed a dispute. I filed a claim with my bank. My bank says all they need in order to move forward is information from PayPal about the transaction. They haven't gotten it yet. And when I went to check on the progress of the dispute, the site said there were no disputes pending, so it seems like it just got erased. I've tried reaching human beings for help, but gave up after being on hold for nearly an hour. The so-called chat is not with a person. It's automated. I'm so frustrated!
