I am a long term PayPal customer and a have a problem that Ebay sent me to solve via PayPal. I have unacceptable replies from PayPal that refers to mails never received( or probably sent) and the last contact advised me that I was talking to a call center in Bulgaria and the contact said there was no manager and no higher authority to speak to. I sent a mail to PayPal hoping that I would receive a reasonable customer service reply, However, it appears to have been passed to Bulgaria and the reply reads: Further, the representative has given to you the right information, as there isn't an option of a manager's callback. I hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you need more help. How can I file a request for review with someone who will treat the problem seriously, (BTW I did not ask for a callback, I asked to speak to a supervisor).
