That's funny because as a seller that sells a non tangilble item on ebay, a service for repair of climate control units, a buyer after 3 months was able to have his credit card company contact paypal and get his money back. Even though I provided the service by diagnosing their problem and paying money to ship the unit back. I had a 60 day warranty which was over and paypal DID NOT BACK ME. THey said it's up to the buyer's credit card company to decide who would get the money!! Why would they not side with their client? Then, of course, I was notified paypal gave the money back because the credit card company sided with their client, the buyer. Paypal also charged me $20 for the settlement chargeback. Paypal screwed me and will not back you. Then charge you after you have been screwed. Basically they kick you when the other party already knocked you down. Spread the word since Paypal either needs to change these procedures of how easy it is for a party to receive a refund, or get out of business!
