Dear PayPal, Thank you for your response. I know that I had paid for Badoo services back in 2015. However there was no other agreement to charge me 69.99 for services I did NOT want or request over 2 years later! I did not click on anything to activate or authorise any paid services! I can't afford to be without this money and I have been in contact with Badoo again and they are not willing to refund... This is tantamount to stealing!!! There are plenty of cases like this on the Internet with many people having been charged by Badoo for different services they did NOT request! Can you please investigate this further, as I will not stand idly by and let anyone take my money without my consent or for which I did not order anything. If you are unable to help further, can you please tell me where I can seek advice to claim back my money and hold Badoo and any other complicit companies to account. I look forward to your response.
