I never knew how much of a rip off paypal was until my recent phone purchase.... i noticed they got the exchange rate wrong by 5%, and then once the faulty phone was retuened and i got my refund from the seller (no dispute) I was short by more than $18AUD (from a purchase of $299USD) How the **bleep** can it cost more than a bank transaction ($2 from non affiliated ATM) for any amout is beyond my **bleep**ing imagination. i demand not just an answer but MY **bleep**ING MONEY **bleep**, this is not a service but a scalping agency. No transaction occured basically, and im out of cash. when i purchased the phone, exchange rate was 0.95 now its 0.92... so i should have paid 315AUD (not 329) and should have recieved back 326AUD (not 311). I should be $11 richer not $18 poorer, therefore PAYPAL OWES ME $29 If i do not get an email responce ill be seeking legal advice. 10% is unacceptable.
