Unfortunately, Paypal isn't doing it wrong. They are adding on a "fee" for doing the rate exchange. The fact that the rate is somewhat criminal is beside the point. I find it repugnant that they behave this way and that I am forced to use this service in order to sho on Ebay. it is, however, still the best option some times. I do try to use them as little as possible however and the exchange rate issue is one big reason why.
