Hello. I have a verified business account and have had no troubles with PayPal until now. I recently added a second VISA card in my account, verified it and made a $500 withdraw from my funds. That's the daily limit for my country. The withdraw was cleared and completed. I waited 24 hours and tried to make another $500 withdraw but this time it didn't let me do it. No errors, nothing appears. Just the withdraw window sitting there and not proceeding with the withdraw. If I change to my other VISA card, the withdraw process continues as usual. If I try to make the withdraw through the PayPal iPhone application, I get the message "We're sorry. Withdraw failed." It seems that there is a problem with my new VISA card, but if it was verified and the first $500 withdraw was cleared and completed, what could the problem be? Anyone experienced something like that?
