Similar problem. I have two cards regisered - both say they are confirmed. On the final screen at payment paypals message is two fold- the top of the screen tells me to contact paypal the rest of the screen tells me to contact the merchant ( ebay } Ebay customer service could not be more helpful I find paypal customer service non-existent. They have emailed me today to inform me that my bank declined my card. No mention that I have two cards confirmed. It's not my banks fault I'm sure, but I can now check that out. But why refer me to either ebay or themselves to sort out a problem that according to them could only be sorted by my bank? Why didn't they refer me to my bank ?????
