Hi Mangri, Further to my earlier post, I have found another way to add my bank account which might work for you. Try the following... 1. Login to your account. 2. Click on Wallet. It's on the left hand side. 3. Click manage. 4. You will then see a list of accounts or cards already added. Click 'Add'. Follow the instructions as this worked for me. Good luck. Andrew

Sorry not an answer but just wanted to add that I have had this same issue this morning. I chose to receive the code by phone which worked fine. It then returned to the message you mentioned We don't recognise the device you're using. To continue linking your bank account, please verify your account." I expected to receive an email but nothing after 30 minutes of waiting. Regards Andrew

Hi, I have sent a money request to a customer but when they click on the 'Pay Now' button, they are taken to a PayPal page advertising thier new mobile app but there is no option to proceed any further to a payment screen. I have received money in this way many times and up until now it has been working perfectly. I am hoping someone has the answer. Many thanks Andrew
