to make a long story short - Some time ago I was contacted by someone on instagram saying they could recover an account for me & help to repair it. Over time I made some payments to 2 emails that now seem like they must both be the same guy & his most resent message to me on instagram is him asking me for my Bank password & such & I would like to know if there is a place I can attach images or video of that conversation to help reports of this guy & the transactions? Would paypal have a support email so they can learn more about my open case?
