I suspect I have signed up for a duplicate PayPal account and placed a recurring charge on it. I would like to cancel it. I don't know how to find out if I have more than one paypal account. I know I have an account with a positive balance... and I do not see the new recurring transaction on that account...

first go on to your paypal account and click on the transaction...then click on details...and you might see, as I did that they had applied the credit and charged the remainder to your credit card. At first glance, it shows you the total paid out to the vendor..so you have to click on the details...to see if the credit was applied.

my problem was resolved. I phoned paypal about it and was told to click on the transactions in my paypal account...and then on the details link for the transaction. The transaction noted the full price paid out...and the details noted that the coupon had been applied and the remainder applied to my credit card. So...there was no place to for me to apply the paypal offer...but it was applied automatically.

I received an email stating that if I spent $100 at SHOP.CA I could use both a new member ($25)discount and a paypal ($25)discount for a total of $50 discount. So I ordered $108 dollars worth of merchandise...and tax was applied to that and the merchant's $25 was applied...but the Paypal discount WAS NOT GIVEN.
