Hi, I purchased an item from overseas for my daughters 16th, it cost just shy of £100. The item never arrived and after numerous calls to parcel force they have now updated the tracking info to "item lost". The issue I have is the seller is stating that as it landed int he uk it is not his fault that it hasnt arrived. Now yes I understand its not his fault but its not my fault either. The questions im asking is can I claim through paypal as i made my payment for good and services through paypal? I have spoke to parcel force and they are saying that the seller not the buyer has to send the claim form for compensation. Thanks in advance
