Unfortunately it's going to be a couple of days before I can call them and actually get this sorted. Their custom service line is already closed tonight and I'm going to be without internet and phone tommorow until after they close. To add insult to injury their customer service line closes not that long after I finish working anyway meaning it's not going to take much of a delay at work or in traffic and I won't be able to call the day after either! To add to my annoyance I ideally wanted to manage to get a friend some money by the end of the week - with the 5-7 days on the Direct Debit I was going to be pushing it anyway. This is kind of rediculous though - seriously, how much quicker than half a minute can I be? The error message doesn't state that there was a problem with the information provided, or with the bank account, but that it has been too long since it was linked.
