i sold a snowboard on the 9th jan on ebay.The customer paid in full and i delivered the item directly to his house...all ok, then a few weeks ago i get a claim back for the money and it says he didnt authorise the purchase. I spoke to the guy that bought it and he knows nothing about it but said that several people have called him reguarding the same problem. Now paypal are telling me that i need to settle the difference as they have made my account negative for the said amount.....where do i go from here ....i have spoken to paypal about it but it still rolls on any ideas chris
