Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear you're running into a problem with claiming a payment. 😞 It sounds like you may need to confirm your PayPal email address. This is typically what needs to be done in order to claim a payment. Here’s how to confirm your email address:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
Click Update next to "Email."
Select the email address you want to confirm, click Confirm and we will send you an email.
Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.
