You already have a working physical security key or card and when you log in, PayPal no longer asks for the number. ANSWER: You need to go to your account settings security page and deactivate your security key. Once it deactivates, click the activate button next to your keys serial number and go through the activation process. Once it say's its activated, log out of PayPal, then log back in. You should be required to provide your key number. 2.) Where to buy A Security Key Card or Physical Security Key Token - Symantec is where the PayPal link the is missing went to and Symantec makes and sells the Security Cards and Physical Security Keys.
