After many months of chasing this item (bought through a website) The items finally arrived and some missing, and they are such a poor quality, I simply cannot use them.... this is the final straw after a string of lies since January. I have openned a case with one fo the transactions, but the second gives me this message; "We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly." I have sent a payment request, but is there really nothing else I can do about getting this stolen money back? Please help, The items we're for work and I am really upset and insulted 😞 Thanks
