I paid someone, cellphonecentral2016, in 2 payment through PayPal. This was before I messaged back & forth to an eBay seller, cellphonecentral20164, earlier this week on Monday April, 25 that his/her eBay & PayPal accounts were severely hacked into. I contacted PayPal customer service over the phone about this issue on Tuesday April, 26 & told the customer service person that a seller, cellphonecentral20164, had his/her eBay & PayPal accounts hacked into. I told her I found out th infomation earlier in the week by messaging back & forth to him/her through eBay. She transferred me over to the fraud department. After that, I was asked if I wanted to change my PayPal password. I agreed to have my PayPal password changed. She then asked me if I wanted PayPal to send me an email to the email I was originally signing in with. I told her no. I gave her the other email address to where PayPal could send me an email to change my PayPal pasword. She kept sending me the same email & I never got it. The next day Wednesday April, 27 I called PayPal on my cellphone. Eventually a guy working for PayPal told me to get a new email address to get access to an email that would allow me to change my PayPal password. I got a new email & I let him know what the new email address is. I changed my PayPal password afterwards. How do I get my 2 payments sent to the wrong person on PayPal refunded back to my checking account after I sent the person an email & he/she won't respond to the email I sent him/her?
