A while back I purchased a product from an online store using paypal, however after several delays on the item I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. Since then on my PayPal activity says that I have indeed been refunded and the money has been placed back onto my card. But here's the catch: A month after the initial purchase (while it was still valid) I had received a new card from Llyods with a new number and such. As far as I can tell the old card has received the refund, and it has long been destroyed. How can I get my money back?
