Dear Sir, I ordered T-shirt to F1 store, which they canceled saying that the payment on card has not been authorized and they canceled my order. Unforunately payment was done by Paypal, when I escalated the claim they came back to me with 2 options either cancel the claim or change the reason for claim. I couldn't cancel the claim so I changed the reason to "missing", but mentioned clearly in message that I never received any item. Now I received another email, that I have to respond with return of item and trackking number to refund the claim. If I have not received any item from F1 stores, so what shall I return?? Do they really read the Text written in claims?? I don't know what to do, all I know someone is totally ignoring either paypal or F1 stores. Can anybody help me in this forum? Regards, Davinder Singh
