my question is i live in palestine, there is no paypal service here yet hopefully in the future you can provide such service the question is if i have a paypal account can i transfer my funds from the paypal account to my bank account or do i need a credit card for that to happen ? like lets say i use a friends credit card to make a paypal account and then can i transfer my funds from that account to my personal bank account here in palestine ? thank you for your help
