It seems to me they are not doing enough regarding this issue, its alright to say phone them but is it a local rate call or am i calling luxembourg cause i am sure not paying ££££££'s for a premium rate call to get my money back into my account, this as certainly been an eye opener for me and communication to me as been just as big as issue, trying to email them then being sent around in circles back to where you started, its very poor poor poor and i for one will definatly be considering alternative means of payment in the future, i'm dammed if i have to wait 30 days..........................
