After I don't know how many years of paying bills with my PayPal debit card, I'm suddenly experiencing "failed to process" and outright declined transactions. I have never, ever, kept money directly on my card. It's linked to my checking account which has never failed to pay a PayPal Instant Transfer. Transactions of less than $150 seem to go through just fine (with a couple of exceptions) but larger transactions are declined. Even transactions I make to the same vendor multiple times every month. Case in point, Walgreens pharmacy: I spend close to $500 every single month for my prescriptions and get them only at the same Walgreens location yet a $212 purchase was declined. I also place an online order with the same vendor in the amount of around $150-180 every single month around the 30th and have never had an issue until just last week when an order for $162 "failed to process". I set up a payment plan with a new company which charges ~$90 monthly. The initial payment last month went through but this month it was declined. There are apparently no limitations on my account, at least none that I have been able to find. What's going on all of a sudden.
