I bought an IP Cam and paid an eBay seller on April 17. Seller stated it will arrive between May 1 to June 8. Recently I have a question to ask so I sent seller a message, seller did not response. After two days, I sent a message to him again, seller still did no response. It is my fault that I did not check this seller before buying, he got only 4 feedback, and no other item for sell. I cannot open dispute because I must wait for at least 45 days according to eBay's rule. But seller's latest delivery date of Jun 8. By that date, it is already 51 days. If eBay won't allow me to open dispute before seller's latest delivery date, that means my chance to claim for this transaction is zero. I will lose my money for sure. In this case, what can I do to protect my money? Please help.
