Hi, I've recently sold shoes on ebay and posted them to Germany on 16th April. However, exactly after a week i received about 20 messages through ebay from the buyer that i didnt post the shoes, calling me liar etc etc... i resposnded back with the tracking number and she replied the her name is not "Stroblem and she does not live in Wangen". After a few mins a dispute was opened on paypal... It seemed strange to me what she replied in her last message as according to the message from the tracking number it says the following: "Your item, posted on 16/04/13 with reference RJ9******22GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in GERMANY." To me it means that it's still not been signed by the buyer. i photocopied the receipt that clearly shows the tracking number and the delivery address which is different to WANGEN as she claimed, and i printed her address from paypal and its surely not STROBEL. WHY WAS IT DECIDED IN BUYER'S FAVOUR without giving me any reason although i provided all the info? I appealed the case, do you know what can i expect from paypal?
