I sold a pair of shoes on ebay and have received positive feedback on ebay from the buyer saying they received the item and were pleased. However through paypal I have a claim from the buyer saying the item hasn't been received and they're wanting a full refund. This was a week after the purchase went through. Could this be a scam? It was approximately £38 so I'm not willing to refund or anything but I have less than 2 days to respond to the claim and there is no option to explain my situation. I no longer have the tracking information. 😕 Any ideas or advice?
