I have tried numerous times to submit a fraud report on a purchase from a Chinese supplier. The Paypal system first failed to accept my input... than on a later attempt it just responded that a message was sent to the seller and that I should deal with them... the seller has not been responding, hence the fraud report!?? On a final attempt I just got a problem page saying there was a problem on Paypal's end. Can't find a phone number so how do you get a fraud case started with these guys?
