This year ever since Paypal got bought? I am getting numerous complaints including: --mobile and desktop payment problems --customer logs into paypal to pay us and still has problems --customer goes from mobile to desktop and still has problems --customer changes credit cards and still has problems after numerous tries it works. There are errors like: --cannot process this payment --cannot use this credit card the problem is nothing else but paypal, eventually if we try 10 times payment gets made. It is not the card or the customer. I have been with Paypal since 1999. I don't deserve this and neither do my clients. Wait on the phone is sometimes 40 minutes and I can't make customers wait. Not fair! I need real customer support and for this to get fixed please. Please answer why is Paypal dissing my business and my customers with these errors. Never used to happen! I have taken over $1M in payments through Paypal. Why is this happening? Please respond. This has to change. Thanks.
