Hi there. I've been having an ongoing problem using the payment after delivery method of payment even though I am completely verified and have used it many times in the past without issues but started having troubles about a year ago when my credit card expired. Since then, I listed another credit card but the problems persist and no csr who works there have been able to help. I am posting the entire conversation thread from the past 2 days with my questions and responses from paypal. Is anybody else currently having troubles similar to mine? Sometimes when I add an item to my cart and go to pay, credit card and e-check will be the only method of payment and other times, instant transfer (through my bank), credit card, and e-check but payment after delivery is listed as my preferred method of payment but is never available anymore. Here is the conversation from the past 2 days.

So this is the 6th or 7th email that I've sent in the past 2 days each time having to recant my troubles over and over again without no solution. The last response that I got from a csr named Aubrey was no help whatsoever. I know that only certain sellers accept payment after delivery as a payment option but this feature doesn't work even with companies that have accepted it in the past which makes Aubrey's "solution" no solution at all. She is just telling me something that I already know. Please if I may get someone with more seniority than the front line workers who keep making changes to my account to help out here that would be greatly appreciated. I've copy and pasted the entire conversation over the past 2 days including the last response. about 20 minutes ago. (see below)

Scheduled payment or Pay After Delivery is available only for certain purchases. When a scheduled payment option is available for your purchase, you’ll see that option displayed on the Review Your Information page during checkout. If you don’t see the scheduled payment option during checkout, you need to use another payment method instead.

After many attempts and changes made to my account from CSR's, payment after delivery still is not working on my account. If possible could this issue be moved up to the next level as none of the csr's have had success as restoring my ability to use payment after delivery as a payment option. I've included several emails from other csr's from paypal and each one has seemed to make changes to my account and none have worked. Please do not try to call my cell phone as I do not use it for long distance. Thank you for your assistance.
