i purchased antivirus security from a supposedly reliable website for a reasonable prise as it had a savings on it. Once the payment had gone through i could download the programme to my laptop, simple yes??? well on downloading, the file could not be opened and the so called programme was not compatible for my laptop. I emailed the company asking for a refund and explained the reason why and they have failed to respond, so i went to the resolution centre to get a refund and i find the web company had taken ANOTHER payment of for a larger sum of money out of my account. so i opened a case for both transactions citing that the second payment was unauthorised and the first was due to the product not working. i was told to email company again which i did and still no reply and now today 6th May i have read that the case has been closed due to NO unauthorised payments being taken and therefore i am not eligible for paypal buyer protection!!!! so money has been taken out of my account for something i can not use and did not authorise. What do i do as i am out of pocket?
