I will look, but I had over 24 in my balance and the amount sent was only 12.50, so there shouldn't have been any fee at all. Besides, if there had been a fee wouldn't it been more than 6 cents?

No, I had more than enough balance to cover it. I noticed the extra 6 cents and changed the payment method to my bank account, which also had plenty to cover it and should have been free, but the 6 cents was still there.

I am trying to change my account password but when I enter my bank account number to verify I'm who I say I am, the system says the number is incomplete. I entered the entire number, there is no more. I no longer have the credit card on the account, I destroyed it after someone got ahold of the number and I no longer have it. What do I do?
