Hey everyone, Basically I bought a dress from a girl on Facebook for an event and told her the date I needed it by but the dress has not arrived yet and the event has now passed so I no longer need it. I have asked her for a refund and told her I will return the dress when it eventually does arrive but she is refusing to refund me as she "can't afford to". Unfortunately she is not a business, it was just a personal transaction but I can't afford to just throw £45 away 😕 I can't figure out how to dispute this through PayPal as when I try to report a problem with the transaction the only option it gives me is fraudulent activity on card.
