I have tried to resolve this before but gave up My son has just received an email about a PayPal account, yet he has never had one. He cannot contact PayPal because every contact page ends up asking the user to login, this is crazy and what he came up against when previously trying to resolve the issue. He cannot log in because he has never used PayPal, he cannot contact PayPal because he cannot log in!!!! I did think well maybe we could try and get a password reset, but that failed because it asked to send a message to a phone number he did not recognise (obviously) How on earth can we resolve this problem? My son wants his email address removed from this random account Also how did an account get set up to his email, I would have thought PayPal would expect email verification?
