I don't no what to do next? Right here goes, I sold and alloy wheel to a customer who paid via PayPal, they opened a dispute/ item not received, I've provided tracking number which shows it was delivered and signed for ( there signature is provided digitally with tracking info) on the 10th jan, as soon as they opened dispute funds where put on hold, as I said I provided track number for parcel force ( here is tracking number try it PBML8988421001) and the confirmation docs from parcel force for the delivery. I thought all would be fine but yesterday received email from PayPal saying they decided in the buyers favour, so they've got the wheel and there money back, I feel robbed. I've tried appealing but only options are, I've can prove I've already refunded or I can provide a tracking number, but I've already provided a tracking number so it won't let me pick that option. What do I do now? Any advice, I'm really thinking of cutting paypal out of my business, as this isn't fair.
