There are others, like myself, who are experiencing the same issue. I am concerned that there have not been any communications from PayPal, as to when this issue will be resolved. It has now been over 2 days! UPDATE: As of 11;30 AM, MST on 07/15/16, the Virtual Terminal Feature is operational, using Chrome.

On 07/13/16 Virtual Terminal went back to tools page after hitting Review and using Chrome. Called P.P. and after an extensive wait was told to use FireFox. That browser worked. On 07/14/16- Same experiece again using Chrome and Also the same experience using FireFox. They suggested Explorer. There is no time given as to when they were expecting a fix. I will now be force to download Explorer or the other option was for us to open a completely new account using their new interface, which they said they could expedite BUT REALLY. This is after using PP for ouu 12 year old e-commerce website. Not Happy to put it mildly!
