Hello, I have a question about subscription and cancelation. We have subscription based website, and in last days I noticed that users who subscribed to our services, after 1 (or less) min, they were automatically unsubscribed - even they saw "thank you" page, after successful PP return. After talking to them via email, they send us screenshots about how they completed subscription, and got email from PP with content: -- Your automatic payment did not go through. Dear __user__ We couldn't process your automatic payment. Please contact __our_site__ to pay what you owe. -- I was wondering, whats the reason? We didnt change nothing in last month, also we had loads of successful payments. Is this related something with type of credit card, or country/unverified status or ...? We sent them emails to try again, but it was the same issue. (We are in the final process of Pro verification) Appreciate for your help or explanation. m
