We are using Constant Contact with PayPal integrated to accept payments for an organization event. Normally, our participants can choose between paying with an existing PayPal account or paying by credit card without an account. This has always worked just fine. Today, however, we are noticing that the usual pay by credit card option is gone when we try to register via a computer. Multiple people have tried. We get a screen that either asks us to login to our PayPal accounts, or else to create an account. The option for simply paying by credit card is gone. However, if I try to go from my phone and pay, using the mobile PayPal interface, the credit card option is still there. I have checked, and no, we don't have any subscriptions or recurring payments set. Is there a problem going on with PayPal? Or an integration issue with Constant Contact?
