hi, please can someone help me as ive lost £54 due to paypal not listening to me 😞 sold job lot of new babygrows on ebay, sent items, then buyer emails me stating they are not as described and wanted money back! i replied asking what was wrong with them as they were 100% when i packed them, she never got back to me so i assumed all ok, while later she filed a dispute, again asked why but no reply, tried ti fight my case but paypal told me to refund in full once buyer sends them back, ok fair enough wasnt worth arguing over as id just re sell them, waited for parcel but it never turned up, i apealed and was told as buyer had given tracking no they have refunded and left me £54 in negative funds, phoned paypal and told me they have proof its been delivered, they gave me tracking no so i phoned royal mail to check if it was there, they told me that the parcel was returned to buyer as the address in the send box was not clear, explained this to paypal and they said nothing they can do and its between me and the buyer, what am i ment to do now? cant afford to loose such money, got no babygrows to sell now so unable to buy the next sizes up for my little boy 😞 checked her f,back and theres loads saying bad things about her not replying to emails and also not paying for items, please help as paypal is just not interested and is sending debt collection letters already from iqor 😕
