If no one can log into their prepaid debit accounts then shouldn't we be reimbursed the $4.95 fee? If we can't load money on it or buy anything with it because the system is always down, shouldn't our "fee" be returned by PayPal?

Howard from the debit card office emailed me today and wrote that the card is handled by a 3rd party and people should call 1-866-387-7363 if they can't log in. Everyone is getting the message can't log in at this time etc... I would call both numbers.

I had to add that I've only had my card one week. Just read somewhere that as of May 21st you can no longer get cash from the ATM's with the prepaid debit card. Did anyone else read this. Unbelievable. Makes me think the system will be down til the 21st? I think if the card doesn't work, then we should get a $4.95 credit for that month.

Nobody has been able to log in all day. We are all getting the same error message. Called the prepaid debit card office and he said it would be back up by 5 pacific time. Not happening. I was told it's a third party that actually runs the accounts and card.
