Hi sorry for my english I opened a case in paypal. Protection Services Department wrote me the instruction that how i can upload files to resolve the problem. Here is instruction. Log in to your PayPal account. Click “Resolution Center” near the top of the page. Click “Resolve” under “Action” next to the item for which you need to provide documentation. Follow the instructions to upload the files. Click “Send Files to PayPal.” But my problem is, I cant find "Resolve" and "Action" button on my accounts page or there is no this Buttons.
