I have several complaints re: terrible customer support that I would like the "upper management" to know about. When I call the 888 number, I get tier 1 customer support in the Philippines. I ask to speak to a manager, and I get put on indefinite hold if I tell tier 1 support that they can't help me. After about 30 minutes on hold, I hang up. At one point, I was put on hold for over an hour before the support person finally hung up on me. How can I contact upper management? I email support and I was told to call the same 888 number that has put me on indefinate hold the last 5 times I have called. Any ideas?
